Quiz
Answer E - Lunch, snacks and some extra food.
Always take extra food. On a 4-hour trip even a short delay means lunch will be needed. And it’s a good idea to have extra food for a longer delay. If you become hungry and are continuing to walk your decision making will be affected. If it is cold you won’t have the energy to maintain your body heat so are at a higher risk of getting hypothermia.
